Series 2 Jigging Series - A perfect all around pelagic series rod Our second jigging series is a faster taper blank that allows us to give more backbone to the butt section and keep a lighter tip to move a smaller jig with great action. These rods maintain a close bend to the angler’s body without losing stiffness at the grip section keeping that strong power feel. The 2 extra inches that the series 2 has opposed to the series 1 allows for more tip movement to keep the same action in the jig. These tapers have become more popular in the north east coast since the tuna are growing and reels are improving higher drag settings. All Spinal Jigging rods come in our traditional blue coated Premium Carbon blank using nanotechnology resin, Fuji (registered Trademark) ICMNSG TiCH guides, Fuji (registered Trademark) Carbon reel seat, EVA grips, aluminum gimble, and rubber gimble cover.
